Refund Policy

At Aurastone, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or personalized products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • If your return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing parts), we will notify you with an explanation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at  aurastoneveneer@gmail.com with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
